Fire Pit/Campfire-  You MUST check the fire danger level before building a campfire.  You can call the County Burn Ban Line at 719-838-4170 or visit www.jcfpd.org.  DO NOT build a campfire if you are unsure if it is allowed.  You are responsible for fire safety and all damages that come from any fires you build.  Campfires must be attended to at all times. 

 

Baby equipment- Pack n’ Play’s are available in each bedroom closet.  Booster seats, baby gate, and other baby equipment can be found in the laundry room.

Laundry-  You are welcome to use the washer and dryer if needed. 

 

Kitchen Supplies and Food- The kitchen is well stocked with cooking, baking, and serving tools and utensils.  Basic condiments, spices, and some other cooking and baking ingredients are available for your use.  Basic food storage and paper products are also available.

A few basic rules:

No pets.

 

No Smoking.  Smoking outside requires you to properly dispose

of all cigarette butts.  

 

No drug use, including marijuana.

 

Parties and events must be approved by Silver View Owners prior to booking.
