Silver View Lodge is located in the quiet mountain community of
Indian Mountain in South Park, CO.
Just an hour and a half from Denver or Colorado Springs, 15 minutes off of HWY 285.

Highway closures- HWY 285 will have winter driving conditions in the colder months. Please check cotrip.org for road conditions and closures, specifically HWY 285 from Kenosha Pass to Fairplay. If the highway is closed on the day you plan to arrive, please contact the owners for options to adjust your stay.
No pets.
No Smoking. Smoking outside requires you to properly dispose of all cigarette butts.
No drug use, including marijuana.
Parties and events must be approved by Silver View Owners prior to booking.
Fire Pit/Campfire- You MUST check the fire danger level before building a campfire. You can call the County Burn Ban Line at 719-838-4170 or visit www.jcfpd.org. DO NOT build a campfire if you are unsure if it is allowed. You are responsible for fire safety and all damages that come from any fires you build. Campfires must be attended to at all times.
Please keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-7am. Sound will carry further than you think. Neighbors and wildlife will appreciate your respect for the peaceful environment.
